RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY FOR WHOLESALE SUPPLIES OF SUNFLOWER OIL AND LECITHIN
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This return policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regulates the conditions for returning wholesale supplies of sunflower oil and lecithin by Nature Foods America Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
1.2. All matters related to the return of goods are resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in this Policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
2.1. Due to the nature of wholesale supplies, sunflower oil and lecithin are not eligible for return.
2.2. The buyer is obligated to carefully inspect the goods upon receipt, and any identified defects or deficiencies should be promptly reported to the Company.
EXCHANGE POSSIBILITY
3.1. In the case of significant defects, the Company reserves the right to exchange the product for a similar one, subject to availability.
3.2. The decision on the possibility of exchanging the product is made individually after considering the circumstances.
RETURN PROCEDURE
4.1. The return of goods is only possible if the following conditions are met:
The product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
The return is made within the specified timeframe from the moment of receiving the goods.
4.2. The procedure for returning the product is detailed on the Company's website.
REFUSAL OF RETURN
5.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of goods if violations of the conditions of this Policy are identified.
5.2. The decision to refuse the return of the product may be made if the buyer fails to meet the specified deadlines or requirements.
FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. This return policy is effective in conjunction with the general terms of delivery and sales of the Company.
6.2. Matters not regulated by this Policy are governed by the legislation in force in the USA.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the return policy without prior notice.
